Feather Fest Question
I have been looking at the Feather Fest for next year. I have read about the 3 sections, Rogers Flats, Tobin and Lobin. Are there any other Class III-IV sections in that area to be paddled that time of year, in a typical year?

Re: Feather Fest Question
nope. that time of year the only water available is scheduled releases. lobin (IV) and tobin (V) are good though, and worthy of many laps.
There is a chance the south feather may be releasing at the same time but it's class V.

Re: Feather Fest Question
No Gore or Tobin for me, hence my question regarding other III-IV possibilities.

Re: Feather Fest Question
there'a also the Cresta run...
http://www.americanwhitewater.org/conte ... il/id/197/" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
though I dunno if it runs at the same time that Feather Fest does. If you happen to be in the area or want a fun road trip, it's getting a release this weekend of 500- 600 cfs.
it looks super fun, tho I've never run it.
