I'm pretty sure that was completed on fumes. Lots and lots of fumes.

Shawn how are you doing the welding over the long seams? Special tool or trick ... tips?

I'm interested due too:
1. Prelude is worn thin and breaking under the seat and I need a bigger weld / patch on it. The # of patches to date seem to be just temp. :-(
2. Have Burn that was cut up I have interest in getting Frank'n on it to create a mini OC for my daughter.

Where you getting all the plastic too. you seem to have access to a lot of doa craft.

:-)

Ahhh secrets secrets lol.
The long seams are all about patience and technique.
If u make it to town in July I'll show you what i do.
As for the DOA crafts, when you are ThE guy around that does the bomb proof welding boats just show up in trade sometimes ;-) I also will pay cash depending on condition.
You are thinking the same as me on the little boat. I want to build one for my daughter as well.
Next project i will set up the gopro and get video of the process. Alot of it is raelly just 6 years of welding a hundred plus boats.
