Esprit's Mexico trip

Post by keez »

Here's a shameless plug for Esprit's Mexico trip.
I just came back from a week of paddling with Jim, his crew and the incredible Eli Hebert.
It was truly an amazing trip and I consider myself lucky to have gone. Jim is an awesome host and his staff treat you like royalty.
Do yourself a favour and get down there.

My friend (Heather) sent the same glowing review.

Sounds like she may now be less interested in catching every eddy, and more interested in spinning on or boofing over every rock. Apparently paddling with Eli will do a lot of good for the sales on plastic boats!

She liked it so much she's staying for 2 weeks - week 1 she learned to go over drops, in week 2 she's hoping to learn how to land!

Mexico trip

Yarnell; Heather was great. Got beat up on a couple of drops but came up smiling every time. She was embarassingly fluid in her boat. The very opposite of my body-check the rocks style of paddling. She spoke highly of her western paddling friends and I look forward to meeting you guys when I head out there this August.
