had my first taste of WW when I was 18 or 19. But I've bin realy boating for four years.

Over 50, but i'm young, I know quite a few that are over the 65 -70 yr mark and still get out regularly

Quite a young population it seems. Here in Europe quite some paddlers are relatively speaking, older

31.. nearing the 32.. started "paddling" aged 10 or so? and got hooked to canoeing with a Bowron Lakes trip in 2006, doing WW from 2008 and got my first boat just yet..

My girl (same story minus the early start) is a tad younger at 30 but don't tell her I told you since she's now counting backwards ;D

58 and really just getting started. I paddled my first solo ww canoe in 2002 and have never paddled a kayak.

49 next month, on and off paddler (mostly flatwater) all my life, just started white water 3 or 4 years ago.
Can't skirt into a kayak-severe claustrophobia after surviving an automobile accident in 2003. I tried it once, that was enough.
