LY

Post by Big Al »

Anyone interested in a Friday late afternoo LY excursion?

I'm getting out of work early and should be there by 4pm. Either the Loop or a Stewarton takeout. Then I'm picking up a boat for Gumpy (and a beer or 2 in-between).

LY this weekend

Post by Wndwalkr »

I'll be out there this weekend too. The weather looks to be awesome.

Friday will be a small group with a few OC1's.

Saturday will be with a large group of First Timers.

Sunday I'm thinking I'll hit the local Mtn bike trails.

If you see a green Paradigm come say hi. If you see the bottom of a green Paradigm, roll me over.

lol ... you USA people thing driving 10 minutes is far ... hades I have to drive 7.5 hours from my place plus what ever time I need to get raped and robbed by a burly US customs dude at the border named bubba.

It is actually a nice place to stay versus the over crowded wall to wall sites in the park.

plus you CAN DRINK BOOZE THERE versus getting a ticket from Ranger Rick

Or you can look at this way Colin...

At least you have have lots of c-boaters and c-boating events within 7.5 hrs of you! And you can go play with all these people.

Not so much the case out West!

Pat.

p.s. Love seeing all this "getting out with a large group od new comers". Where are we finding these newbies? Definitely not the case out West.
