It is a long way from Wilson to Lenoir City, probably four hours, so I was thinking some of you might want to meet me there Saturday on you way in. There is also a chance that my favorite run, the North Fork of the French Broad, may still be running Saturday as more rain/snow is in the forecast for Friday night.
Wilson Creek is an extremely fun, roadside granite bedrock class III-IV run that is 1.5 miles long and can be run in laps. NFFB is about four miles long with 1.5 miles of class III and IV+ in the middle.

I dont know if thats in the cards, as I'm gonna try to make Lenoir area by friday nite, and maybe with a little more rain those small creeks will be running.
