look into Team Etc C-1 outfitting
by JohnO
It is really good outfitting and it can be put in and taken out easily. I think the guys name is J., Robins at painboater@yahoo.com. For $35 you get an excellent and clear package of info that explains how to do the conversion, including templates, etc. One of the best things about that outfitting is that you don't have to put extra holes in your boat.
