Royalex repair help
Ripped up some old pvc from inside of canoe and some of the outer layers peeled off with it...is there Anything I can do to patch this up?

There's lots of info on this stuff if you search the forum. I don't know why you couldn't clean it up and slap a kevlar or s-glass patch on it.

Keeper or Beater?
i'd consider trimming away the "dead skin" into the good zone, and then fill in the depression with Gorilla, working it smooth. After that you have choices, described in detail elsewhere; glass for strength or a vinyl patch to just keep the water out and the hull in the game.
How the rest of the hull looks and works may be the factor. A Keeper or.... just a few more miles?
