looking for an old wet suit, or neoprene pants
hopefully for free, some thing that I can trash.

Erm, what size? I have a well-loved, but really clean, wetsuit that I used a few times that I would give you. I'll be on the Ocoee for Labor day if you will be near there. The suit works, but is starting to develop a few holes, and is a hand-me-down from my dad. It's as old as I am, FYI.

I am 5' 9'' with a 30 inch inseam

don't think labor day would work for me though

Have you checked local dive shops? I got a decent condition used wetsuit for my wife for $50. I bet they had beaters for much less...
