Re: Removing OLD adhesive on vinylester hull

... attack vinylester the way it does epoxy. You could ask Kaz, he's been very responsive to my questions. Hard to believe the Hooter and the late Kyote go back that far. How time flies.

Hello ez.
Kyote is to Hooter as Reaktor is to Ignitor. 3 new boats in the works. Top secret for now.

Question for kaz

:o Here's a question that perhaps only kaz can answer.

Kyote is to Hooter as Ignitor is to ?????

Opinion on the river is that the Ignitor and Spark are a bit small for people over 200 pounds. Is a boat forthcoming to fill this gap?

... rockered version of the Defiant, I think it would be the better of those two and probably the best of all four boats mentioned. You did list the Kyote and I have tried one but it wasn't for me. I did not give it much of a chance however. Good luck with your decision! AB

Re: Glass OC1

... part is not irrelevant, one should always consider a new and different boat! You can't never have too many. I say go for the Zapper. Then try a Kyote or Ignitor. Also, the Defiant rocks - it's fast and has "enough edge" (not as much as a Viper 12 but more than a Probe). Scott

Glass OC1

... Kaz into a road trip to DC with demo boats, and given I respect your many opinions... ...any feedback on the Zapper? I'd love to demo a Millbrook Kyote and an Ignitor. Both sound challenging, responsive and loads of fun. Would they be too much boat for me, given any of the info above? Anyone in ...

Any reason you would want a glass Outrage versus any one of several of Kaz's Millbrook designs? I paddled an Outrage X, and found it a decent boat, but not as interesting to me as a Kyote or Hooter.

... be good for solo cruising, not so good for taking the kids. Personally, I like a Millbrook model called the Hooter, a fattened version of the Kyote, but the Defender (formerly called the Fat Boy) would have better ability to carry a small kid and some gear. I will only say in addition that ...
