The C-1 paddler in those pics is Albert Mitchum. He lives near the ocoee and he's a great slalom and freestyle boater. Sometimes he comes down to the open boat slalom races in the Alabama Cup.

This is the lower section and the level was 1.3 ft on the physical gage at the picnic area.
