Customer service is great, but it doesn't adress the problems with the plastic, and doesn't tell us why they are breaking up... Did any body uses a paddle float like the one use for self rescue in sea kayaks? I used one a few time and it did work great for me, by helping with keeping the paddle at the surface and realy feeling the paddleto the right position...
