Yes the Cufly helped my roll so much. If forces good technique. With the Cufly you really have to keep your head down and really hug the front deck. A smaller/thinner PFD can help. I love my Cufly for what it does and is blast in the our play hole

I paddled a Stomper 80 c-1 in Chile and totally did not like it at all. VERY Slow, unstable, the outfitting was not great. I did not like it so much that I traded it for a kayak.... to use for the rest of the week

I have a Level Six c-1 skirt and a cascade, last time I looked I would not not even think about them going togethor. Th cascade cockpit is way bigger than a slalom c-1 cockpit

I have never had a boat made of any material royalex,plastic, aluminum, wood canvas, fiberglass, kevlar NOT make it off of the of a river trip, either day or extended trip.
