Dang Isaac, that's got to be tough for you.
Please be carefull and don't over-do it! It takes FOREVER for it to come back. I had my labrum repaired 18 months ago. Everyones different, but for me it was six months before I could paddle, and a year before I felt confident about it. Very slowly getting better still. It still isn't great, but it's not holding me back. We'll see what happens when I get WORKED in some macking hole this spring.....
