Also I got a Spark several weeks ago.
I am still adjusting my saddle position now.
So I use a frog flotation for test paddling.
I can easy to adjust my hip position on it to bow or stern direction. :wink:

I've never seen so many of Kaz's boats in one place when it wasn't a race.
Throw a stone to the river at Mitake valley, it hits an athlete of Japan national team of kayak.
All they paddle the composite boat such like Caiman, Double Dutch and GalaSports.
We have affinity and longing ...

I am looking at the Rumba or the Defiant. How are these boats?

We plan on making our base Oboke area on Shikoku.
How we get there from Tokyo isn't quite so clear.

But it seems far from my home.
From Tokyo to Okayama station by Shinkansen train about 4 hours.
Then Okayama to Oboke station by local express ...

The Tone River(did I spell it right?)is a great place to paddle. Beautiful scenery and things you won't see anywhere else. Now, let's see if we can get a group together to participate in the first international canoe slalom race to be held in Japan.
