First of all I'm sorry if this has already been discussed I couldn't find much about this. I'm wondering what the best way to dispose of an old boat is. I have a Perception Gyramax that was left in the sun for the past 20 years. I'll be keeping the Saddle to sell or use in conversions. What is the best thing to use to cut my boat up? Or is it better to just take it to the dump whole. Will I be able to get the saddle out without cutting the boat?

Edit:
Will be disposing the boat on Sunday, October 7th. If anyone wants it for pinned boat practice, horse jumping stuff, or other non-paddling craft (it's NOT ever going to be river worthy again) and wanted to pick it up from Central North Carolina before the 7th give me a shout. I wouldn't suggest it for pinned boat practice as it has a split down the hull, it'll probably just crack in half.

You should be able to remove the saddle with just a philips screwdriver if the screws aren't in bad shape. A hand saw will do.

If you have any equestrian check with them to see if they need a "shape" for jump training... I've had a number of older boats go on to a second life that way. Seems to help the horse / rider get use to different shapes and configurations... Just a thought!

Jigsaw or sawzall.
Or see if anyone in your area teaches swift water rescue and might want it for pinned boat practice. I bet you could pin that thing all sorts of places (at least until it breaks in half)
