I also pimped your name out on boater talk. There is a photographer looking for boaters in idaho. Pretty country if you have never been there.

I was impressed with the efficiency of some of the pumps I saw. CrisKelly, that puppy you have was rock'n! Question- what pump and what battery... (it looked like it is enclosed in a pelican box?) I'll be outfitting my new Ocoee soon (thanks to Dick Conner hooking me up with an out of date , but my choice, UFO pedestal) and it will be cool to hose my sissysticker buds. Info me, I'm old school and my boat's too small for a bailer (I use a sponge or gravity) Thanks... enjoy. steve

I'd also be very interested in the specs of a leading pump set-up, perhaps it's worth starting in another thread (or changing the the title of this one) so that people will be able to find the info.
Yes, my boat is over 10', I guess I need one!
Thanks in advance Chris and others, PY.

You know... if the stream of water that was squirting outta the boat was yellow... it probably wasn't water.

Rapid Runner Bilge Systems

I have the Lithium battery. The pump and battery together weigh 22 oz. To test it I did a trip without recaharging and got 2 ocoee runs, a Hiawassee and a Tellico and a half until the batter ran down. I also did an entire Selway trip and still had power (but I used it sparingly, being unwilling to run out before the bigger rapids near the end.)
Their service is excellent. I had a problem and they were on it like white on rice.
I recomend them highly. Chris Kelly
