Would a project 42 or 52 kayak (by wavesport) be a good conversion?
Any one already tried and are happy with the results?
I need a small kayak/C1 since I'm only 5"3 and 125lbs
THNX!
I wanna grow up to do nothing but to have fun.

I have a Project 52 as a C1 and its a great boat.....
At your size you will need the 45....which is also a great boat as is the Jackson Star in the same size range.
Wish I was small enough to paddle either....

Having paddled a Project 52 as a kayak in huge water, I was annoyed by its tendency to flip forward, but for playboating it would be great- it's easy to turn, spin, etc. Let us know how it turns out as a C-1.

Be warned the Project is not an "easy" hull to roll.
