Baby's on her way!!!

Does your boat need a lift? Find other CBoaters who can give your boat a lift! CBoats.net does not endorse any particular boater for transport, and obviously use your "gut" feeling of whether you want to transport your boat via a stranger. That said, literally dozens of boats have been moved safely and cheaply this way over the past few years!

Baby's on her way!!!

Post by Shep »

*The Inferno will be on car to Arkansas tomorrow morning. YAY!*

Hi all,

Looking to get a boat from the Charlotte, NC area to Arkansas. My sister is in Lancaster, PA, and might be able to drive the boat to Arkansas for Christmas, and I have a friend in Atlanta who also might be able to do the transport in the same time frame. Let me know if you might be able to help out with any of these options.

Thanks!
Shep

The boat is in Mooresville, NC, just a bit north of Charlotte. I can transport it to the USNWC, Nantahala, Pigeon, etc. It won't take up much rack space or hurt your mileage much. It is an Inferno.

It might, but I have a friend who will be headed out towards NC at the end of February, who may or may not be anywhere close to ncdavid. We also have a few paddlers in Arkansas still hoping to make it to ALF (myself included). Time will tell, but appreciate the willingness to try to make something happen. I'll update this thread in a week or two.

Thanks,
Shep

Cool, just let either me or David know. David has my number and I should have enough rack space to throw it up there last minute if that's what you guys decide to do.

ACK! My friend is in Blacksburg, VA right now, through tuesday. Unforunately, I didn't plan ahead... If anyone happens to be making that commute that could take the boat from ncdaivd to my friend, I would really, really, really, really appreciate it. I'll send some good beer out with Roger for ALF.

Thanks!
