Loaner/rental open boat in SLC/Boise?

Post by Coz Teplitz »

I just scored a cancellation permit for the MF Salmon, launching on 7/24. It'll be low, but we'll have skilled boaters and we are confident we can pick our way down. I'm hoping to find an open boat for myself so there's less weight in the raft and (primarily) because canoes are more fun. I live in Boston and don't have the time to drive a boat out there myself.

So, my question: does anyone have or know of someone with an OC-1 they would be lend/rent to me for 7/23-7/31? I'm flying into SLC, so could go anywhere near there, Boise, or in between. I'm confident in Class IV water.

Sorry, Jeff, I may have gotten a little jumpy and posted this when I didn't hear back from you. Didn't mean to impugn your sincerity - it's on me. Thanks so much for your willingness to do this!
