Spark in VA

Post by mshelton »

Anyone in or near VA have a Spark that they might let an old crusty kneeded single blade paddler try out?

Kinda thinking of getting back in to the whole paddling thing after a extended break and I don't think my old 6" saddled C1s would be to kind on the knees now and was thinking of getting an open boat, just want to try one on flatwater or maybe a class 2 run.

You think there's any chance a 6' 5" could squeeze into it?

I'm 5'8". If your thighs are skinny you might make it deep enough into the thigh hooks.

Yeah, probably not, I've tried to fit into some of squeakyknee's outfitting, couldn't come close.

Oh well, thanks anyhow.
