Just had time tonight to paddle at the local playpark in the dark, so didn't get to really give it a go. From what I could tell, its going to be a ton easier to get it vertical. I could bury the ends with very little effort.

Just a bump for outfitting ref, page six for those asking about shin foam.

Wow 10# difference, it is a lot!! Good for them to be able to bring the weight down!!

The new light weight L'Edge is a blast to paddle. It takes a lot less effort than the original, is faster, still boofs great, surfs great and spins on a dime. I also had a preproduction L'Edge that was a little lighter. I really like the production model of the light. It feels solid creeking with good flex, not too much. So much fun. Faster than my friends in their Options. When I am behind them I have to stop in extra eddies to slow down.
