Hi y'all

I'll be hosting another gathering of C-boaters in Switzerland next May. The date chosen is May 17-20 - yeah, that thar 4day weekend thingy so plenty of time to travel, paddle and play. With luck we'll have water still on some of my favourite runs, and if there's still snow maybe we can ski as well :) (Those of you who know me know that I ain't kldding....)

So, plan your calendars and I'll see you in Switzerland in May....with atleast 2 C1 squirts in attendance (I promise I'll finish it by then Adam! Last time I rent a place without a workshop!)

NZMatt (still lost and confused in Switzerland)

Great news!

Matt, the first time I was driving through Switzerland to Zurich area I noticed somthing peculiar with the Highway... It seemd that every road off the autoroute seemed to lead to the Town "Ausfart"... I suppose if you can figure out where that darn town is you'll get your bearings ;-)

Fortunately not. Because then it would be more than 2000 Ks to the Swiss Armada...

Taniwha = Maori for Water Spirit

Hiya Beereddy,
It's just a rough translation, but Taniwha = Water Spirit or water ddemon in Maori (NZ Natives). It means more than that, but honestly it's hard for me to put into words
