C-1 and OC-1 for sale

Post by old and in the way »

These boats are not getting paddled (I un-retired from slalom and need to spend more time in that genre), so I am offering them out to the market:

Wide Ride C-1 - Heavy duty kevlar layup at 38#, this was offered for sale previously at $350 with no takers. I'll go $250.

Hooter OC-1 - Kaz built, with foam saddle and airbags, has a few patches but lots of life left in it. $350.

Pics available. I will be Ohiopyle on 10/21 and can bring these boats.

Hey Jim!

Although she doesn't paddle much WW anymore, wife has sometimes expressed interest in a lightweight OC-1. I'm going to check with her, but we might be interested in the Hooter.

P.S. If we do buy it, perhaps Natalie could be enlisted to haul it up to Bellefonte next weekend!

Jim:

Natalie is bringing you the check after handing off the Hooter at the Bellefonte Slalom. Got a kick out of trying it out at the race! Only had two touches on my better run, but it is definitely a different experience from paddling C-1.

Hope you find a good home for the Wide Ride.
