Question new OC or C

I was going to buy a new OC but would it be better to just convert another kayak to C1? I paddle in the SE and tend to find the bonest, low water runs to drag down from June to August.....plus on rare occasion rivers with water like the Choeah & Ocoee......and if my balls drop this season Overflow m...

Agreed that you need to strengthen the rotator cuff to gain stability [huge portion of my routine now] but you really gain a lot of effective muscle from a pullup. Its something like a 100 muscles are involve in a pullup and it completely mimics a forward stroke mechanically speaking. I can honestly...

Pullups, pullups, pullups......and then more pullups, then maybe some dips. I'm recovering from a bad shoulder separation in January and have been doing 9 sets of 10 pullups per workout plus these workouts with dumbbells vs stretchy band things - http://www.cboats.net/cforum/posting.php?mode=reply&t...

I got to try at H2O bent shaft paddle this weekend for a few minutes and I got to say that is an awesome paddle. I use a 58" normally and it was a 56" but felt perfect.

If you like precision and maneuverability you might want to look at the Esquif Spark. That is a fast, agile boat in my humble completely non-composite experience. To be honest I've never even seen a composite boat on the boney rivers I call home.......got to love the SE. I only got to paddle one onc...

For mere mortals and first timers.... Lean the boat on edge [neutral] on your paddle side, pull back on the paddle & raise the bow up while leaning back on the stern, then push forward on the paddle & throw the bow down into the water while leaning slightly away from the boat and over the bow. One t...

Looked like a plastic bathtub at about 8'10", by no means a dry boat as it always had at least 4" of water in it but incredibly stable and generally tracked well..........dang I miss that boat already.

The boat sold about a month or two ago.

Might be heading back up that way at the end of March with my truck and would be more than happy to give it a lift up there then if I do. Side note - if anyon...
