I got to try at H2O bent shaft paddle this weekend for a few minutes and I got to say that is an awesome paddle. I use a 58" normally and it was a 56" but felt perfect.

If you like precision and maneuverability you might want to look at the Esquif Spark. That is a fast, agile boat in my humble completely non-composite experience. Looked like a plastic bathtub at about 8'10", by no means a dry boat as it always had at least 4" of water in it but incredibly stable and generally tracked well..........dang I miss that boat already.

The boat sold about a month or two ago.

Just made the drive back from Lenoir, TN and its more than 2 hours. Would have offered to carry the boat but was in a coworkers car for work. Might be heading back up that way at the end of March with my truck and would be more than happy to give it a lift up there then if I do. Side note - if anyon...
