Foam adheres to Twintex with contact cement. The ankle blocks and knee pads that I put in my Zephyr 6 years ago are still holding just fine. All of the factory-installed vinyl anchors failed. The boat is in Mooresville, NC, just a bit north of Charlotte. I can transport it to the USNWC, Nantahala, Pigeon, etc. It won't take up much rack space or hurt your mileage much. It is an Inferno.

In the last two conversion boats I did, I just fired up the heat gun and plastic welded some scrap plastic into the holes.
