... but, I think it needs a foam-block bulkhead for your knees to get the best result. Possilby an additional lap-belt if you are going for serious rodeo moves. Hope this helps, Shep

I recall this boat being built specifically for playboating/rodeo paddling. It can go underwater but its shape is for surface paddling.

... good slalom paddle for a lighter or physically weaker paddler (small women, kids) and also makes a pretty good play paddle, especially for a pure rodeo boat. And for rodeo, short can be good. Someone's going to get a great deal on this one....edg

The Spanish Fly is a good all-around boat - it may have started as a rodeo boat, but has found use as river runner and creeker, too. Heck, Dooley posted a respectable slalom time in one.

I am ready to move my Daughter into a solo canoe. She is4'8 80lbs 11year. What would yall suggest for a kid to paddle. I was thinking about maybe a Rodeo. Any other ideas?
