Why do you want a curved blade?
Which leads me to say that you can purchase a "Millbrook" Norse from Millbrook Boats, and of course Norse paddles directly.

I'm in the NE, but we have rocks too.

The very first OC1 I designed, looked a lot like your boat. I strongly recommend making it wider in the waterline.

Try gently waving a heat gun at it. You'll know in a couple minutes whether or not the dent will come out. Just a suggestion.
Keep in mind, if it doesn't work,and makes it worse, I'm not responsible. ;)
