Re: Robson Homes PE

Have seen the Amerlite version, but never paddled.... always wanted a plastic one.

Looks really dry, and likely to have nice speed. I'm sure one of our European boaters will have worn one (or two) out by now. Believe this was the last Frankie boat, although never have substantiated that.

It would be very interesting to put one side-by-side with a Prelude. Looks like they might be similar in the speed/dryness categories.

Gotta Ask who else is voting for the Homes and CU Fly, the black sheep of the family as it is... I'm sure they're losing out just by being rare boats...

Lots of trees down in Eastern NC. Many of them on or in homes. We got power back late Monday night (in town). Some folks won't have it this week. Yesterday I drove through where a tornado wiped out several homes. It's sad to see folks looking at their ...

paddling trip

Not too far away is the New River- you can paddle from Boone to WV, maybe not in a week but before Claytor lake nothing is more than class III and class III is very debatable. For the most part it's pretty scenic even with a fair number of homes along the bank

... and have spent a lot of years in a skeeter and preludes and their LACK of an edge is exactly why I was excited to get a L'Edge. The Ocoee and the Homes were nice and edgy if they were only made out of plastic. I agree the Skeeter and the Prelude will keep you on your toes but not because they ...

German tourists? Hm-mm. . . Trevor may be on to something here!

But maybe it's not a Homes you should import -- maybe you should look at bringing in a Fink?

After all, there is a pretty good selection of OCs on the market, but we're short on C-1s. . .

(Just a thought!)
