25.5" is fine. That's what my Big EZ is. My Forplay was only 25". I use 7.5 to 8" saddles in all of my boats. Granted they're not as stable as my Sith, but what is? Paddle a narrow boat for a while & you'll become a better paddler...or at least improve your roll

If you like the Forplay, you'll LOVE the Sith. I had a Forplay that I really liked paddling. I sold it as soon as I got the Sith. Think of the Sith as high performance Forplay.

ForPlay conversion

got a Forplay conversion with skirt. $100 firm.

I can include a 54" AB Edge for another $30. Turnkey uniqueness for $130??? There oughta be a law!

Located Terryville ct., a place natives think is the center of the universe.

Depends on your weight - at my weight, a Forplay is a squirt boat - the XXX (especially squashed) is a squirtboat at almost any weight...

In a Forplay I converted, there was a foam spacer between the bow pillar & the bulkhead. It was longer than it was wide. If I didn't want to be as tight in the boat I could just turn it sideways. That would allow the bulkhead ...

54" for the GyraMax and ForPlay, 56" for the Flashback, 58" for the Pyrana and 56" or 58" for the Encore, depending. Handpaddles for the Rave/ForePlay and 12' poles for the Dumoine and Reflection. It's a jungle out there. AB Edge glass and carbon paddles primarily. 6'2" 210 lbs last I checked.

... C1 that's more stable, easy to paddle, can sink ends and still get *some* way forward... 8) Thanks! If you like the Sith, but want plastic get a Forplay. It's not as stable as the Sith, weighs almost double & is nowhere near as stiff. That said, it's 8'1" so it's not a super pig. It spins well ...
