Mike, if you put one set on the cab and another set on the shell you may have a spread that would prevent you stacking boats on their sides. I would hunt around for a pair of mounts for the shell and probably put them not much more that 36" apart. Rack systems on our vehicles are set at 33" which is...

I G-flexed a full bottom on the inside of a SuperFly. I harvested the "patch" piece from an old kayak hull. I did flame treat both patch and Fly at the time of repair. I put about 300# of weight on the patch to squeeze out all the extra G-flex and let it sit for a week or so. Seemed to do just fine.

Like new. XXXL deck and XL tunnel. This is a kayak skirt with a 9" long waist tube and 7.5" set back. Was lightly used on a C-1 with cockpit dimensions of 35" X 20.5". $70 includes USPS shipping to lower 48. Also a pair of Gaia kayak float bags 38" long. $40 pair includes USPS shipping.
