... roll it along. Because the center of gravity is below the surface of the water it's the most stable boat for running rapids like Granite, Hermit, Lava, etc. I've never gotten flipped in it. It's also great for surfing holes. Jim

good tripping river in southern BC

... lake crossings are fine if they buy access to something remote and gorgeous. Proximity to Vancouver/Whistler is desirable. Chilko+Chilcotin (minus Lava Canyon) and Lillooet are on the short list so far.
