Well...

I agree with Adam on the Crossfire. Good starter K but bypass that sucker as a C1. A couple more reasons: At your size you'll be hardpressed to comfortable get in (and out of :o ) that boat, and based on its design you'll have some "learning" issues. :-? You should be able to borrow a boat, or get o...

Are these the gloves that also teach you how to hand paddle? :) I noticed you were not using them when you were showing off at the Armada! :o

I just got off the phone with some lads in WV (including Warren) and everything is going off in that area! I also checked the gauges and J speaks with wisdom. 8) Here are some alternatives for thr Lower Yough tomorrow (I most likely can't make it do to a four letter word spelled "work"). Indian Cree...

Neal It was great to paddle with you and Mike-E. I can’t believe you both were paddling so strong on Sat. (after 30 river miles under your vest by then)!! :o How’s the Cherokee's ignition? Mike’s pushing really gave you two that WV look!!! It was also nice of you leaving out the part about me ...

Sounds like someone been hanging around K2s to much - But I like it!

I like "C1 B 1" but then Yakers would have to think to hard on that!

Hey I'm game for almost anything done tastefully since it will just bug my K-brotheren that much more! :-)

Well..

I again agree with Scott. I paddle with a pedestal in the 8" - 9" range for most of my boats and don't have much of an issue with my knees and ankles. Low seats hurt my knees and I have gotten use to the twitchiness of sitting higher. Also although other C1ers do not like my "sitting high" set up, s...

C1 Logo

I think, but you'd have to ask to make sure, the logo was designed by Scott Wilkinson for the first Concordia in '99.
Here is the link to that page http://www.shadepine.com/concordia/
and Scott's email scott@shadepine.com if still good.
I'd be interested in shirt. :)

Aramda

Ok made you look. :-? Just kidding.... A lot of folks have been asking about the Aramda, next weekend (5/10), and what the specifics are. I'm not the formal coordinator ( I think Kneal is - but I might be wrong), heck I'm not even the informal coordinator! :o Anyway I'll try to hook up with Kneal ov...

Stonycreek Rendezous 4/25-26

Well folks the Stonycreek Rendezous is scheduled for this weekend and unfortunately it looks like I’m going to have to work at least one of the days (most likely Sat.). However, I’m going to get out at least one of the days and right now it’s calling for rain so the choices for runs look good. Hopef...
