Re: New squirt C1 anyone?
Thanks for the nod Adam. I've looked at and paddled many shapes. I K1 squirt in a Ninja, which is in my opinion a work of genius. I recently kneeled in the boat on flatwater and was surprised to discover how stable it was. If the cockpit was 4" further forward I would have tried sinking it. There is...

Slalom boat outfitting.
So I picked up my first slalom boat awhile ago, a beat up old Ninja Pro, the outfitting needs some work so it's just been languishing in my storage locker but I think it's about time I get to work on it. I have no real intention of racing it just thought it'd be fun to screw around with on easier ru...

Crack in coaming/repair advice
Over the weekend, I discovered a crack in the cockpit coaming of my Galasport Ninja C1. I have enough kevlar cloth to fit a patch over the crack, but the coaming appears to be made out of carbon. Should I make a patch out of the kevlar that I have? Or, should I get some carbon for a patch? Or, shoul...

Fear what a cool concept. I boat because I am afraid. Started out squirtboating I got my first ride and scared the living crap out of me. I sat in the eddy for about 25 minutes looking at the seam line and wondering if I could ever do that again. I did and that fear is so still there every ride. It ...

Try this link and click on "Small Ads":
http://www.canoeslalom.co.uk/
Surf around some of the other links found on that page for ads. The British Canoe Union is very healthy. I noticed a bunch of Martikans for sale and a Ninja 370. I would probably look at the Ninja if I where you.

I've been waiting for this! My personal opinion which counts for basically nothing, is there are already some good cruisin' C1 squirts out there (acrobat, aerobat, maybe the viper, etc...) In fact, I'd argue that all C1's designed to date have been cruisers rather than depth hounds. I have been want...
