Tomahawk C2 and Wildwater C1 for sale

... to move on a few boats that are not part of the core CBoats collection (race boats I don't seem to paddle any more).

-Upstream Edge Tomahawk C2 ... or Bala Mezzana, but could be a No Name. FAR more stable than my old Ace III that's for sure! Wayners old boat as I recall correctly. A few very well ...

I have paddled an Ace II (not III) that I used to have in the ocean some. The downsides are wind (as edg ...

Re: Wildwater Boat

... windmill (with my own modest skill set) I would try to find an old Ace III. This has the same/very similar hull as the Tiptop, but a much lower bow deck. I suspect there are some out there, but I have no idea where.

This is ancient, but you might have a look here:

Re: What is the most difficult CBoat you've ever paddled?

I'll go with ACE III as well. I never could stay upright in that boat for very long.

I was just fine in a few other Wildwater boats, but not that one...

I built an extrabat that was over cut for my weight - edges were in the water sitting still... there really in no need for a 13'2" Squirt boat :-)

Re: What is the most difficult CBoat you've ever paddled?

That's what you get for paddling a squirt boat at a weight exceeding the cut;)

Well, except for the Demo Maven. You aren't heavy enough for that one!

I my old ACE III resurfaces try it out... or drop by and try the Oxygen;)

What is the most difficult CBoat you've ever paddled?

I admit... my used Ace III was by far the most difficult for me... even the Oxygen (and Maven) are easier.

That said, some of the problem may have been the flexing hull. I have a Bala (also a WildWater boat) that is far less terrifying.

Ace III
New Wave Edge

If I look at all the boats I've owned I guess I've paddled or had the opportunity to paddle 20% of what I've purchased.

So purchasing without paddling is fairly regular occurrence for me... starting back ...

Re: Ok, what's the fastest whitewater boat you've paddled?

C1 - Bala (WildWater). very very fast boat. Much more stable than my old Ace III (which was also fast, but on average slow as it didn't like to be upright particularly).

I personally think the Fanatic and Fanatic 2 are their best work, with the Extrabat a close 3rd. But they are all great boats.

From your description I'd guess someone on the UK team in the late 80's / early 90's... but I only say that as my old Ace III had similar markings, and was a UK boat....

... paddling is easier than kayaking!!

I'd be much more impressed to see you ace a class III slalom course, so we can actually see you paddle your boat. But since I'm not a fellow hair boater, a kayaker or a rafter, I guess you're not out to impress me anyway.

Thanks for the vid tough, keep 'em coming ...
