Re: Esprit Mexico Update

Not many destinations with so many open boat friendly rivers and great boats on hand to paddle. this will be my 3rd trip and it really is a perfect paddling holiday. Jim, Barbara and the Esprit crew have all the details figured ou...

Re: OC1 HATE??? WHAT THE?....

The trailhead/paddleshack crew all know their stuff and have a good sense of humour to boot. I just looked outside and now it's snowing after freezing rain and then rain so I guess the ottawa crowd doesn't have anything better to do clack away at their computers and when the weather improves we'll a...

ALF - Thanks Louie

Just got back from ALF. Awesome time. Thanks Louie so much for your hospitality and southern charm. Lots of highlights for me. 2 new creeks for me and a couple of great runs on the wataga. nice to see some old friends there but nice too to see some new faces and pretty hot young boaters. That along ...

Taureau Weight Range

This may be a biased response since I work for Esquif and helped design the Taureau. I'm 190 and I'm enjoying the Taureau and I think that it will handle well for a heavier person. Stolen Esquif Salsa from Ottawa

An Esquif Salsa, a new fibeglass one with yellow gelcoat was teaken from the beach during the Level 6 cup in Ottawa on May 7. It has prototype on the deck and there are about 2 others like it. Let me or Esquif know if you've seen it.

Thanks,

Mark

Palmer fest and the single blade symposium

It was a great event. Lots of c boaters, lots of booths and exhibitors, good food, good band and a great party. Scott MacGregor, Rapid Magazine and the Paddlers' coop did a great job organizing.
