Foreign paddlers

Hi, Some open boaters should come from Germany, Swizerland and Belgium but no registrations yet. Sending the 20 Euros registration fee can be a problem for paddlers living outside France so I propose that they fill in and mail or email the registration form available on the website : http://www.open...
