one of my friends is trying to sell his S Fluid Solo... it's in great condition - it's never seen the water.
$800CDN for a bare-hull - ready to be outfitted C1, never had the kayaking outfitting in it.

get some nylon fabric repair patches (mec or other stores).. if you really want to be fancy, you can go for gore-tex patches... but i certainly wouldn't bother spending the extra money on a 2x2" patch

because kayak cockpits are usually not nearly as roomy as an open boat, it is usually effective to mount your thighstraps with bolts through the holes that the kayak seat was mounted on (ie, they're at the top of the boat, right at your hips)
