Old Dagger Decal/Sticker
If anyone has one of those Dagger decal/stickers laying around collecting dust, I am interested. This is the one, usually red or white, in the shape of a football with a "s" shaped line near center.
Thanks for looking. This is for my grand daughter's Suby.

Re: wood gunwales on a Zephyr
Chuck,
Well, I paddled mine like it was Rx and put a couple of holes in it doing a 3 foot drop and finding a rock that I never knew was there. The factory repair was a pain. I've since found that ScotchWeld DP8010 is an effective adhesive for Twintex and now have 5 or 6 more patches along the ...

Re: wood gunwales on a Zephyr
Yes, the holes on my Zephyr with factory installed wood gunnels are through the hull just below the gunnel. I never did find a bag that fit this boat very well -- some too big, others too small.

Yakima Lowriders Needed
If anybody has a set (4) of Yakima Lowrider towers they are not using and want to sell, let me know. I can spend up to $50. If you are near Knoxville, that's even better.

I have use NRS for PFD's and other equipment since the '80's. There products last a life time if cared for properly. I have a 30 year old Bill's Bag that I use every summer on the raft.

Re: esquif vertige vs bell prodigy
We have a Vertige solo. What I appreciate about the boat is it's stability. It paddles straight with little effort and does not turn as easily as I would like. These factors may be just the ticket for your use.

Re: Hanging C-1 question
Mike,
I did exactly as you suggested using webbing. I used one inch, but I am sure seat belt material would work. I screwed to hooks into the ceiling and just made a loop for both ends of the boat.

I have a Dagger GTX 8.1 outfitted with a Dagger C-1 saddle, thigh straps, and bulkhead foam for $300. I am taking it to roll practice tonight and could get you some photos if interested.
