Hi Bochamp, We will be a bunch of paddlers at KOA. Last year was my first year, I did not know any river or anybody there. I just showed up at Shooney's in the morning the local guys know what is running and they will guide you. Where are you from In Canada? We will be many paddlers from Quebec stay...

Do not throw the top you cut off in the garbages, you will need it to make plastic rods in order to weld cracks on the bottom of your boat! lol

I just bought a Dagger Phantom for my 10 years old son. I tried it, he did not tried it yet.
It is very small, light and fast.

My saddle us a just under 8" and It help on stability.

My wife wants to start paddling. She is 5'4" and weight 130.
Somebody offered me a Dagger Encore for cheep. I do not know that boat. Would it be a good boat for a beginner.
I am looking for a fast boat. Right now she practices with my L'Edge and it is hard for her to gain speed.
