Description:
An early attempt at a sneak boat in that the stern was a good deal lower than the bow. Some did not like the low stern so there was a home-built version that consisted of two bows seamed together. Neither version was manufactured in the US so far as I know. I don't recall who did the double-bow version-JRS. This was considered a very hot and desireable boat around DC for a short interval between the Hahn and the Max II, although not a lot of them were built. I don't recall it being raced, but I knew folks who cruised them. I believe that Bill McKnight may have had a mold;not sure if it was single or double-ended.-Unicorn .

Image is of Bob Kauffman, in a Roocke-Schmidt he built. This one features the race-oriented (flatter, no bumps) deck.
