Armada update and roll call

Post by Sir Adam »

Here are the final times to meet for the armada.

Please post if you're coming so we can watch for you!

Friday:
10 am, PS Composites. Info on where they are on their website http://www.customkayak.com

Saturday:

10 am, brick building by NB takeout (more info on full Armada sticky post)

Sunday:
10am ish, North Branch put in parking lot

Most of us are camping Friday and Sat. nights at the Robin Craig campground (again, more info in the original stickied post).

Dinner Sat. night at Fox's Pizza in town.

Bring $ for the Sat. night feast, as well as camping and parking fees.

If you've purchased CBoats.net gear, please wear it!

Unfortunately I will not have any extra gear with me this year.

I will be bringing the following boats:
Maven # Demo (cut for 190 lbs)(e.g. uncut)
Maven # 1 (cut for 160 lbs)
Oxygen
Acrobat (Master cut)
Fanatic II slalom boat (for Sat. , unless I decide to run the Master Acrobat) :)

ducky (for Kenneth, whose ACL is almost healed!)
Keep the C!

I'll be there Friday with a blue, sparkly Viper!

Is anybody from the Richmond, VA area sticking around to paddle Sunday then heading back? I'm looking to see if I can arrange some carpooling...

Edit :

I can bring a Slasher, a Rockit, a Score, and/or a Maverick+ (FS), but speak up quick. I'm going to leave for work at 7:30am or so then leave for the Armada from work.

I'm going via the headwaters of Blenheim's Ginger Ale as well. If you haven't placed your order yet, speak up quick! If you don't know what it is, it's the hardest soft drink known to man.

That would be Scott C and myself.

See you all at the takeout in Bloomington!

I can bring up to 2 boats from the following fleet:

-Sith
-Wheelboy
-Finkenmeister
-Prelude
-Noah America C2

If anyone is interested in trying one out, let me know and I'll throw it on the roof, otherwise I will just bring either the Sith or the WB.

I should be meeting the Friday "Cheaters" at the game checking station on Rt. 72. It'll be shorter for me to wait there. I'll be bringing:
full cut Viper
modified, squashed-stern Atom
VERY squashed plastic prototype Groove (Riot design)
slalom c-2 if anyone wants to paddle tandem

Scott B. may be riding up with me.

I hope to set camp at Robert Craig before dark tomorrow (Thursday). I'll see Squeeky Knee & MShelton there. See the rest at PS Composites & Atom Drop on Friday, NBP Saturday. I may come back as far as Fredericksburg for the race after we invade Fox's. If I'm still too sore to race, I'll do the NBP again Sunday.
I sold the 1/2" cut Acrobat. I'm bringing:
master cut Acrobat
Big EZ

Let me know before noon Thursday if you want me to bring:
Forplay
full cut Viper
